Lawrence Ngai

Lawrence brings over 25 years of leadership experience in accounting and finance. He has held several Controller and Director positions with large publicly traded information technology companies as well as an early stage/clinical stage life science companies in the Bay Area most notably, Cisco Systems, Verifone, and DiCE Therapeutics.
Prior to joining InCarda, he was the Senior Director Controller for DiCE Therapeutics, a clinical stage immunology company, where he instrumentally led the finance team to a successful IPO in 2021.
Lawrence earned his BS degree in Accounting and MBA in Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant.
