Guy has served as InCarda’s consulting Chief Financial Officer since mid-2017. For the last 5 years, Guy has provided similar leadership to early-stage companies, C-suite executives and their Board of Directors across a broad range of start-up ventures. Prior to his consulting engagements, Guy spent 14 years as CFO of various start-ups leading to successful exits totaling over $400M. These ventures included Medicalis, Cervel Neurotech, Spectra7 Microsystems, Solaicx, Quellan and Stentor. Guy’s career started at Intel spanning 22 years across Intel Capital, M&A and Controllership.
Guy received his MBA from Harvard Business School and holds BA degrees in Economics and Computational Mathematics from Albion College. Away from his financial duties, Guy actively volunteers in various non-profit organizations and in his local church.
